Mini Floor – A custom classic born from passion, built for driving.

Every Brooks build starts with a vision — a shared idea between us and the future owner. Not just about how a car should look, but how it should feel. The right stance, the right materials, the right mood — all refined through countless conversations, sketches, and iterations. This is not just a restoration; it’s a tailored creation, built around a person, not a template.

It all started with our well-known Mini 304. The client fell in love with that car — charmed by the classic character — but had a few wishes of his own. He missed the practicality and charm of old-school roll-down windows, and wanted something truly bespoke. And that’s how Mini Floor was born: a tailor-made Mini that blends timeless style with thoughtful customization.

The base car came from just north of Rome — an original white Innocenti 1001, bought directly from Mrs. Innocenti herself. It was the perfect starting point for Build005.

From there, the process was anything but linear. The choice for MK1-style rear lights was immediate, but everything else sparked debate:

A green roof or gold? Gold wheels or a cleaner look? Overriders on both bumpers — or just the front? Spotlights, a MK1 grille, and countless other possibilities were considered.

The final result brings it all together — and in our eyes, it just works.

Classic elements like the MK1 styling are paired with sporty features: rally lights, bucket seats, race-style wheels. But the refinement is equally present.

The entire interior was hand-crafted in Italy by the same artisan who repainted our Mini 304 and Café Rosso — someone who understands quality on an obsessive level. The execution is flawless, with exceptional attention to detail. From the custom leatherwork to the Bahama Gold interior accents — drawn from the same shade used for the roof, an original Range Rover Classic colour — everything ties together beautifully. The aluminium floor plates add a motorsport edge while remaining clean and purposeful.

Of course, yes — it has roll-down windows.

Mechanically, Mini Floor is equipped with front disc brakes, a Stage 1 exhaust system, and our Brooks Ignition upgrade, offering solid and reliable performance.
